关于论文终稿提交的说明
Notes on Submission of the Final Paper
中文论文及长摘要作者：
1. 参考中文论文/长摘要模板，按照审稿人审稿意见修改论文；
2. 将修改后的终稿上传到系统中；
3.论文篇幅建议为4-6页，最多不超过8页。超过6页的部分会议将收取超页费，具体请参考官网即将发布的会议注册通知；
4.会务组将对论文进行查重处理，如重复率不符合要求，将联系各位作者进行修改；
5.中文论文作者请注意，论文最终收录前您将收到组委会关于您的论文是否同意推荐到中国知网的问询，还请注意查收邮件并及时答复。
英文论文作者：
根据审稿人意见修改论文，并完成以下流程
（长摘要论文不需要格式检验和签署版权协议）
一、Final Manuscript Preparation Instruction（Format Checking）（格式校验）
Please use the templates at Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings to prepare the camera-ready paper, and use the IEEE PDF eXpress siteto validate your papers.

Steps:
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site
First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users – Click Here link.
- Enter the following:
- XXX（待更新） for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
二、On the Submission of eCopyright 关于版权协议签署的说明（eCopyright）
请务必在提交终稿前在投稿系统完成版权协议提交，点击按钮，跳转到版权协议签署页面。
It is imperative to complete signing the electronic IEEE Copyright and Consent Form (eCF) before the successful inclusion of the English papers. Before uploading the final draft, please click “Go to sign” to start the signing process.
三、On the Camera-ready Paper Submission 关于论文终稿提交
请在完成IEEE PDF eXpress格式校验后，通过投稿系统上传您的论文终稿， https://review.cacpaper.com/928/login，终稿提交烦请于202X年X月X日前完成。
Please upload your final paper through the submission system after completing the IEEE PDF eXpress format verification ， https://review.cacpaper.com/928/login ，Please submit the final paper before XX X, 202X.
四、Notes for Paper (Important) 论文注意事项（重要）
- 论文请勿增加页码，左下角请勿增加任何内容；论文集页码及IEEE版权代码由会务组统一添加。
- 格式校验及版权协议签署是论文被IEEE收录的必要条件，请各位作者务必按照要求完成；未按时完成格式校验、版权协议及提交终稿的作者，对后期论文收录产生的后果，由作者自负！
- 为不影响收录等工作，请务必使用IEEE会议网站提供的论文模板；
- 会务组将对论文进行查重处理，如重复率不符合要求，将联系各位作者进行修改；
- 论文篇幅建议为4-6页，最多不超过8页。按照惯例超过6页的部分会议将收取超页费，具体请参考会议注册通知。
- Do not add page numbers to the paper, and do not add any content in the lower left corner; the page number of the proceedings and the IEEE copyright code are uniformly added by the conference affairs team.
- Format verification and copyright agreement signing are necessary conditions for papers to be included in IEEE, and all authors must complete as required; authors who fail to complete format verification, copyright agreement signing and submission of the final draft on time shall bear on their own the consequences for subsequent paper inclusion.
- In order not to affect the paper inclusion and other work, please make sure to use the paper template provided by the IEEE conference website;
- The conference affairs team will check the duplication of the paper. If the repetition rate does not meet the requirements, the authors will be contacted for modification;
- In addition, please notice that all papers have page limits of 6 pages. Papers exceeding above limits will require 800RMB per page up to a maximum of 2 extra pages. As usual, the conference will charge an extra page fee for the part exceeding 6 pages. For details, please refer to the conference registration notice on the official website.
五、On Registration 关于会议注册
您的论文作者之一*必须*完成在线注册，并在注册时添加您的论文ID，否则将影响论文的最终收录。具体请关注官网最新通知。

One of your paper authors *must* complete the online registration and add your paper ID when registering, otherwise the final inclusion of the paper will be affected.
